2. Payments Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit/debit, and approved digital payments.

3. Cancellations Please provide at least 2 hours' notice for cancellations. No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a service fee.

4. Liability We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to lock failures, damage caused by forced entry, or misuse after service.
